Classic Fall Home Tour
Classic Fall colors mix with vintage pieces in this eclectic farmhouse Fall home tour.
Hey everyone! Are you as excited for fall as I am?? I’ve been looking forward to this post for some time because September is my favorite month for several reasons. Lot’s of family birthdays and other milestones to name a few.
Plus, I love changing over to cozy fall decor, I just love the warm colors of fall with the oranges, browns and deep reds. It’s like a hug from Mother Nature and the perfect excuse to break out the hot cider. 🙂
Let’s get this Fall home tour started. In the entryway. I added some simple greens and pumpkins. You can’t have cozy without blankets and pillows. The old piano bench holds a cute “Hello Pumpkin”pillow I got at Marshall’s.
I picked up a few new pumpkins this year like this cute felt one from Joann’s.
I also picked up the gray tone pillows on the sectional from Marshall’s. They pull out the gray in the smaller floral pillow and the mini pumpkins on the coffee table. The different shades and tones of orange all work together.
The ottoman we made out of an old crate.

I picked up these cute little pumpkins in the dollar section at Target.
I created this cute little vignette with an old tool box and some filler. A few old books and some old fashioned eucalyptus add the texture and color.
The Longfellow Poems book is one of my favorite flea market finds.
We made this Fixer Upper style wall decor a few years ago from some old roofing material. The colors are perfect for the season.
I love little details like these old skeleton keys.
I went a little out of my comfort zone with the Mantel a little bit. I think the neutral elements blend nicely with the gold tones of the candlestick holders and the antique lantern. The greenery gives it a little pop of color.

We found this old grain cart at the Warrensburg garage sale last year. It makes a beautiful addition to our family room and will soon be filled with firewood.
This hutch is always so fun to decorate for every season. I keep the basics like the white pitchers, books and candlestick holders and then add in a few seasonal pieces.
I love this little Coke Cola tray. Kevin picked it up for me at a thrift shop and when I said it would look so cute with some antique blocks that spell out FALL, he went out in the barn and cut some for me so I could stencil them. He so gets me. 🙂
These rocking chairs were a gift from my parents. They fit right in out on the deck with the fall colors.
I just want to grab a cup of coffee and sit out here and read a book.
So we’ll be breaking out the sweaters and hot cider in no time. I have a plan for something fun in the lean-to I can’t wait to share with you all. Should be fun for the kids and the adults. 🙂
Did you decorate for Fall yet? Do you have favorite pieces you use? I’d love to hear about it in the comments.
Thanks so much for following along and sharing some of your time with me today.
Happy DIY’ing!
