Home Staging project – Before and After…
This house had amazing potential!! The busy young couple with 2 small children didn’t have a lot of time to get ready for a move so we stepped in to help clear the clutter and bring out the beauty in the home.

With some de-cluttering, a fresh coat of paint and rearranging furniture pieces they already had, we created a clean, organized space for each room that buyers could see themselves living in.

The homeowners used this as their playroom but it’s important to present a room as it would function or as in this case, a dining room, so that the client can see it clearly. By removing all of the personal items, you can also emphasize the beauty in the details of the ceiling medallions and crown moulding.

Transforming it back into a dining room helps potential buyers see how they would utilize the space.

Here we removed some extra furniture and personal items to open up the space.
Bathroom - we remove all personal items, updated the shower and replaced broken items to create a cohesive look.
